Weather Hold Logic
We heard your feedback and made big improvements to Temperature Control Weather Holds:
• Smarter Ship Date Weather Checks: Orders are now held based on the forecasted weather for their requested ship date — even if they’ve already been on fulfillment hold.
• Automatic Weather Recheck: If a ship date or recipient state changes, we’ll recheck conditions to ensure your orders stay protected.
• City-Level Precision: We’ve upgraded from broad state capital temps to city-specific weather checks for greater accuracy and reliability.

Export Future Reservations
Need to analyze or share upcoming orders? You can now export the Future Reservations page to Excel — quick, clean, and ready for action.

Add Notification Recipients in Premium Tracking
It’s now easier than ever to manage who receives notifications. You can add or edit recipients directly in Premium Tracking — including a second or even third email address or phone number — no service request needed!
